The Platform acts as an intermediary between owners of tourist accommodation and users interested in booking such accommodation. We are not the owners or direct managers of the properties, unless expressly indicated.

- Cancellation and refund conditions vary by property and are specified on each property sheet.
4. Obligations of the User
- The user undertakes to use the accommodation responsibly, respecting the rules of the property and the coexistence of the neighbourhood.
- The use of the accommodations for illegal activities, unauthorized parties or any conduct that causes nuisance is prohibited.
5. Liability
- The Platform is not responsible for damages, losses or losses arising from the use of the accommodations, except in legally enforceable cases.
- In case of incidents during the stay, the user must contact the owner or manager of the accommodation.
6. Intellectual Property
- The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
