Alicante

Alicante is a dynamic city due to its status as the capital of the fifth province of Spain in population and Gross Domestic Product, as well as for being the headquarters of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). It also has its own university, the University of Alicante, which welcomes more than 25,000 students every year and the Digital District, headquarters of technological transformation, of the digital economy, and “center of the largest innovation ecosystem in the Mediterranean”.
